Open Auditions for upcoming tour "Tacky the Penguin". Rehearsals begin December 2021. Tour runs weekdays from Jan 2022 - May 2022 . Please bring headshot & resume' and all known conflicts. Cold Readings from script and 16 bars of upbeat song a'capella.

Auditions consist of cold-reads from script and 16 bars of upbeat song a'capella.
Casting 4 Characters for job-share: Tacky the Penguin, Proper Penguin, Madame' Glacier & Neatly Penguin/Hunter
Books Alive! tours to schools/libraries/locations throughout the Houston metroplex 2-3 days a week, primarily T-W-Th, January 20 - May 26, 2022. Dual casting/job share allows for some flexibility.
Tour team paid hourly during tour, each leg of tour approximately 100+ hours paid. Additional rehearsal stipend provided.
Rehearsals begin December 7, 2021 and continue T, W Th from 10am-2pm in Katy through January 19, 2022 (off Dec 17-Jan 3 for holidays). Tour opens January 20, 2022.
